The term “UDAAN” was coined in the regional language Gujarati with the meaning “TO FLY WITH NEWER HEIGHTS” and the punch line “TOGETHER WE CAN.. DREAM IT.. ACHIEVE IT…” always reminds us that together we can dream our goals and can achieve those as a Team.

Under this initiative, we have organized few cultural activities with a motto to encourage social interaction, improve learning, increase personal confidence and self-awareness. Such events will not only help to balance between social and professional life but also to strengthen team bonding.

Under the UDAAN initiative, we keep organizing professional training programs with the help of Industry experts and encourage our team to participate in training programs which helps them develop their domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.
