His industrial experience includes leadership roles in leading pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Kapadia has rich experience in formulation development and commissioning of generic, complex, stable, scalable, bioequivalent, safe, cost-effective and innovative formulation for various dosage form development for US, EU, India, and ROW markets. He is pioneered for all aspects of project management. Implemented QBD tool in product development and suggested technical changes to enhance efficacy and quality of products.

Experience in responding to regulatory compliance and queries, dossier, documentation, troubleshooting, equipment up gradation, enhancing operational efficiency while reducing the cycle time.

With leading Formulation and Development, Mr Kapadia is responsible for new products development, Analytical Development, Technology transfer, Project management and Trouble shooting.
